However, the mattress must not be too hard, in order to ensure a feeling of softness and well-being, and will not be noisy in changing position to avoid disturbing the sleep of the sleeper and his/her companion. And particularly, the mattress must have no toxins affecting the health of the user and must be odorless to please the user. First, let’s us rectify that Kymdan mattress is “non-inflammable”, that means it is resistant to burning, it delays the burning, it does not facilitate maintenance and increase of burning. It is not “anti-inflammable” that can be understood as being against, or being able to stop burning. The ability of being “non-inflammable” is shown through the fact that the mattress is not inflammable by a burning cigarette; on fire exposure the mattress does not activate and expand the fire as other materials do; the mattress rapidly absorbs liquid because it has an openly porous structure, allowing an easy stop of the fire by water. Recently, there are 2 fires in Vinh Long Province and Ho Chi Minh City in which Kymdan mattresses have proven their ability of being “non-inflammable”; and remained almost intact though other things were completely burnt. Being non-inflammable is an obligatory criteria for furniture in general and for mattresses in particular in many nations all over the world. This characteristics of Kymdan mattress has been tested and certified by foreign international organizations about safety such as ECO (German) Institute of Environment Research and the Californian Organization of Furniture and Thermal Safety (USA).

According to me, it is impossible to compare the prices between different types of mattress. The company shall provide a 10 year warranty for mattress products and 5 years for beds and lounge-suites. Conditions for warranty are specific and clear. Our company warrants for cases of flattenning, melting, ageing, and rotting. On the warrant card, we always mention clearly the instructions for use and maintenance such as: Do not keep the products in direct sun light Do not perform ironing on the surface of the product Do not spill gas, oil or chemical agents on the product Do not place the product near a heat energy Do not apply any extra force of any form of over 10 Newton/cm2 on the mattress When the customers use and maintain the mattress exactly according to the aforementioned instructions and yet, the mattress shows flaws like flattening, rotting, melting, ageing, the customers can contact the Sub-division of Maintenance supervised by the Division of Technique for evaluation testing. 	As Kymdan mattress is heavy and large, how can it be easily transported when needed?
At some point, this is a subjective matter of fact because mattress of some other trade mark can be heavier or in equal weight with Kymdan mattress. Compared to mattresses made from materials such as coconut fibers, cotton, sporous moss or polyester, etc. Kymdan mattress is naturally heavier because the mass weight of rubber is heavier. Actually, Kymdan company keeps on researching for amelioration in order to produce mattress with lighter weight yet keeping its high quality. However, thanks to its high consistency and resistance to stretch-to-tear, Kymdan mattress can be rolled and thus, can be easily transportable.

	I have read in the newspaper that a Kymdan mattress used more than 20 years can be exchanged to a new one, is this still currently applied?

	How to treat Kymdan mattress wetted due to bed-wetting?
In case Kymdan mattress is bed-wetted by babies, it shall be treated as follows: Place a dry towel on the wetted area of the mattress and press it downward by your palm for water to be absorbed to the towel (in case the mattress is too wetted, apply the same method several times with many dry towels) till the mattress is relatively dry. Next, spray some talcum powder (babies’ powder) thereon to have a comfortable smell and place a dry and soft towel on the mattress before laying the child thereon. While the mattress is not in use, direct fanning can be applied to the surface of the wetted mattress until it is completely dry.
