The optimal hardness of Kymdan
natural latex mattresses help support the spine
of the users in their various lying states when they sleep. To meet the
diversified demand of the customers with the products with of adequate
functions, KYMDAN mattresses are produced at 3 various levels of hardness to
serve various customers:

Mattresses are not sunk, sunken for users with the weight
of under 70kg
Medium Hard (MH): suitable for the daily use demand of normal
customers, from the newborn to mature people with the body weight of less than
70kg (154 pounds).
Medium Hard is the lowest level manufactured by KYMDAN. This hard level has been
studied to be suitable for average weight of consumers. KYMDAN never produce
mattresses at softer level because of the risks causing backbone sagged, bad
impact to health of users as well as losing KYMDAN's prestige.

Mattresses are not sunk, sunken for users with the weight
of 70kg – 90kg
Hard (H): suitable for the customers who are not familiar with
mattresses but mats placed on the floors or plank beds and those suffering
light spine diseases or with the body weight of 70kg (154 pounds) --> 90kg
(198 pounds).

Special Hard (SH): suitable for the customers suffering from
serious spine diseases, staying long in bed or those with the body weight of
over 90kg (198 pounds). In addition, this category is also suitable for
businesses providing massage services.

Air holes designed for better air circulation, giving a sense of coolness to
the users’ back. The structure of the mattress consists of air
cushion creating circulation as a result of the natural ventilation.
Besides from this, the high porosity open cell structure at the footing part of
the mattress assists in increasing its capabilities of natural ventilation
sensation on contact of the surface (Therefore, before 1975 (30 April 1975 –
South Vietnam was liberated and Vietnam was unified.), Kymdan mattress had the
name of Kymdan ventilated rubber mattress). This strategic
design assists in the even distribution of the intervals of the resisting axis
taking root at the footing part which acts to support and conform to the body
evenly at every point of the surface
This is a very important discovery of the Kymdan mattress
during its initial operating state. However, because of the manufacture
interruption in the post-1975 period (30 April 1975 – South Vietnam was
liberated and Vietnam was unified.), KYMDAN did not register its industrial
design for this invention.

sheets (available as of 9 February 2009), the quality of Kymdan mattresses have
actually increased up to 30%, yet official publication on quality enhancement
is humbly kept at 20%.

Packaging and delivery:
Upon
product counseling, bare KYMDAN mattresses are always presented by our sales
staff to you so that you can visually check and feel the products directly.
Upon delivery, if the mattress cover is ordered, the covered mattress in PE bag
with KYMDAN logo (or in paper-board box with KYMDAN logo printed thereon,
applicable for KYMDAN Special Deluxe) will be delivered.

The delivery staff is responsible for the transportation and
locating the mattress on your bed and reclaiming the PE bag to avoid the
fraudulent cases carried out by illegal competitors, in which the bags with
KYMDAN logo are re-used for other mattresses of lower quality and cheat the
customers with fake products. In case the bought mattresses are not yet used,
KYMDAN’s packages will be left with the customers to assure cleanliness and
avoid contamination for the products.
Recommendation: Once in demand, you should buy KYMDAN
products at our official outlets or agents. In addition, you should form the
habit of checking the mattresses in bags directly, this is specially required
when KYMDAN products are bought at any mattress shops not included in KYMDAN’s
distribution system.
