• Do not expose your Kymdan mattresses to direct sunlight. To dry the mattress, remove the sheet from the mattress for ventilation, natural vaporization or direct the fan to the wet surface of the mattress (See below details).
• Do not bleach or iron your Kymdan mattress.
• Do not let gasoline or other chemicals drop onto your Kymdan mattress (Kymdan still accepts warranty in case a mattress is damaged (loose or rotten) because of urine with the prerequisite condition that it was not dried by sunshine).
• Do not place your Kymdan mattresses close to sources of heat.
• It is advisable not to place Kymdan rubber mattress on beds with spacing between the two ply slats > 3cm.
• It is required to avoid any outside force of over 210kg /dm² impacting mattress in any form (how to test the mattress foot: mattress foot is hooked up but it will be not torn; when you scratch its surface, there is no any arising dust) See the illustration
• Do not pull nodules out of your Kymdan Massage mattress.
• When you need to turn your mattress, place the bottom inwards with the air hole side facing outwards.  

Note:

To avoid imitations, check the warranty code and KYMDAN stamps on the side of the mattress at delivery.

Show your warranty card if your mattress requires maintenance. In case the warranty card was lost, KYMDAN still carries out warranty obligations, then the warranty period is determined basing on code information made on the mattress.

 

How to set the mattress correctly:

Place the mattress on a flat surface (bed or floor) with mattress bottom (side with big square holes) below and the mattress surface (side with small round holes) on top.

 

 

How to treat the wetted mattress:

In case Kymdan mattress is bed-wetted by babies, it shall be treated as follows:

• Place a dry towel on the wetted area of the mattress and press it downward by your palm for water to be absorbed to the towel (in case the mattress is too wetted, apply the same method several times with many dry towels) till the mattress is relatively dry. Next, spray some talcum powder (babies’ powder) thereon to have a comfortable smell and place a dry and soft towel on the mattress before laying the child thereon.
  

• While the mattress is not in use, remove the sheet for ventilation and natural vaporization (for come hours depending on the weather and climate) or direct the fan to the wet surface of the mattress until it gets completely dry (about half an hour).

• It is strictly prohibited to make a wet mattress dried by exposing it to the sun

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: KYMDAN BED SHEETS - BLANKETS AND MATTRESS COVERS

To maintain the bright color and durability of the products.

• Mattress cover washing is not required, cloth soaking for over 30 minutes in soap or detergent liquid is to be avoided.
• In case of colored cloth, neither soap nor detergent of high detergent concentration should be used.
• Exposure of the cloths directly under the sunshine should be avoided, they should be kept in the shade.
• In case exposure to sunshine is required for sterilization, the reverse side of the cloths shall be exposed to the sunshine within enough short duration of time required for drying.
• Strong rubbing on the cloths while washing should be avoided.
• Cloth ironing under high temperature is not encouraged.
• Before use, if possible, soak the cloths in the mixture of alum and water for about 60 minutes before rinsing them with clean water.
