WARRANTY INFORMATION

Maintenance is one of the issues of concern to the customers and should be thoroughly considered before the buying decision is made so as to avoid false advertisements of the producers, with dishonest, unclear and intentionally obscure maintenance policy. It is only when maintenance is required; the customers will discover the producers’ deliberate avoidance of responsibility, by then the consumers’ right is critically violated.

KYMDAN MATTRESS WARRANTY

  • The mattress was flat and not resilient (sunk, sunken) (See illustration) i.e. it was not able to restore its initial shape and dimension after a person standing, lying or seating on it for a long time.
  • Melted, rotten mattresses (aging).

    Aged rubber mattresses are those with seriously declined physio-mechanical features (pulling strength, tearing strength, resilience, …) leading the useless state, often called rotten (broken when the user stands on the mattress).

  • No warranty applies if customers do not follow instructions (User's guides).
  • Duration of warranty is 10 years.

    • Note

    Show your warranty card if your mattress requires maintenance. In case the warranty card was lost, KYMDAN still carries out warranty obligations, then the warranty period is determined basing on code information made on the mattress.

    The technical specifications of the mattress do not change during the initial 10 warranty years (except color and appearances). For subsequent years, the technical specifications may gradually decrease naturally, however, the gradual decrease of technical specifications does not affect the user features of the product.

    In the event Kymdan finds that mattresses on warranty demands are damaged due to willful acts or essentially undamaged and still suitable for use but customers insist the mattresses are not of good use without sufficient and reasonable substantiation, and demand product warranty rights subsequently for the purpose of unfair competition that consciously aims at Kymdan’s prestige and brand-name, then Kymdan shall resolutely refund 100% value of the product as written on the invoice (without making any monetary deductions) to take the product back without accepting product exchange.

KYMDAN BED WARRANTY

  1. Mattress: 
    • Mattress with an indentation (flattening) and no resilience means it fails to return to the original shape and size after being subjected to load.
    • Mattress is not melt, aged and decayed. 
    • No warranty applies if customers do not follow instructions (User's guides).
  2. Bedstead:
    • If bedstead knots spoil or materials are not in good condition.
    • Paint coats are warranted.
  3. Duration of warranty is 6 years.

KYMDAN FURNITURE WARRANTY

  1. Cushion:
    • Mattress with an indentation (flattening) and no resilience means it fails to return to the original shape and size after being subjected to load.
    • Mattress is not melt, aged and decayed. 
  2. Frames:
    •  All frames are warranted if damaged by termites or if timber is not in good condition.
    • Painting coats are not warranted.
  3. Duration of warranty is 6 years.
