KYMDAN LABORATORY

Established for the purpose of enhancing scientific and technical study and application in production, and to product mattresses with predominant natures, Kymdan laboratory has been equipped with modern equipment and machinery, specializing in natural latex study.

The Laboratory has four specialized divisions:

• Material Quality Inspection Division: inspects the quality of production materials in line with the company motto“Products only have top quality when raw materials achive top quality.”
• Product Quality Inspection Division:  provides constant control of product features such as specific gravity, tensile strength, elasticity, anti-ageing and heavy metal content, thus, ensures that top quality products are marketed.
• Physiochemical and Environmental Inspection Division: controls physiochemical and micro-organism criteria related to water sources for production, daily use, waste, etc.
• Product Research and Development Division:  to carry out all studies for quality enhancement, production procedure improvement under modernization tendency, and other topical researches, etc

Highly capable and highly professional, Kymdan Laboratory is in conformity with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and has the code VILAS 207. It was firstly certified in 2006 and is continuously evaluated every 3 years (in 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018, 2021, 2024) and maintains valid certification until 2027.
