WARRANTY INFORMATION

THE 15-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD IS APPLICABLE FROM THE 03/05/2017 (see details)

During the warranty period if the mattress: deteriorates and becomes hardened or stiff on the surface, causing it to crumble, or the latex melts and becomes inelastic, please return the mattress to the seller. (see details)

Please carefully read and ensure that you fully understand the warranty policy before making a purchase decision to avoid the circumstance of manufacturers who falsely advertise, providing dishonest warranty terms that are vague and unclear. Those who fail to read and understand the warranty policy, often will find that their consumer rights have been seriously violated when claiming for warranty, as the unethical manufacturer has avoided their warranty responsibility with unfair warranty terms.

WARRANTY POLICY FOR KYMDAN MATTRESSES

Kymdan Mattresses (Deluxe, Deluxe Premium, Massage, Massage Premium, Special Deluxe Pillow Top, Folding, Medical (used for hospital beds), Deluxe Long Phung (with Long Phung Design)) are covered under warranty for latex deterioration, causing the latex to crumble due to a hardened or stiff surface, the latex becomes melted and inelastic (see example image). This means the mattress can no longer return to its original shape immediately after standing, sitting or laying on the mattress for an extended period. Jumping and bouncing on Kymdan mattresses are permitted (see Kymdan mattresses unbelievable ability to withstand tremendous forces).

Deteriorating latex mattresses are mattresses with severely reduced mechanical properties (compressive strength, tension force, tensile strength, elasticity, …) causing it to critically decrease the inherent physical properties of the latex mattress, this is commonly known as a crumbling mattress.

Kymdan Mattresses (Deluxe, Deluxe Premium, Massage, Massage Premium, Special Deluxe Pillow Top, Folding, Medical, Deluxe Long Phung (with Long Phung Design)) ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY for:

• The latex foam of the mattress turns yellow (this color change is a normal characteristic of natural latex).
• Use and maintenance of mattress do not comply with User Guide printed on the Warranty Card (please see user guide).
• The mattress is damaged due to intentional sabotage (unrighteous competition), including:
  • The mattress was exposed to direct sunlight (due to the nature of natural rubber, it will age from the effect of sunlight’s ultraviolet rays).
  • Mattress placed in room with a temperature 40°C/104°F for an extended period.
  • There are stinking substances and food plastered onto the mattress.
  • The mattress was impacted by an external force of over 200kg/dm² from any direction.
  • The newly released mattresses with the new SoftFresh Max cover, which was released to the market in 2022, are composed of two parts:
    • The mattress core (made from Kymdan natural latex foam).
    • The Kymdan SoftFresh Max cover is designed to protect the mattress core. The cover must remain intact during the use of the mattress.

​Kymdan Company has the right to refuse warranty if the cover has been removed from the mattress foam as the product would no longer be intact (considered intentional sabotage).

• The slight scent of the product is a normal characteristic of mattresses made from natural latex.
• Mattresses is damaged due to improper packaging, handling, or transport by an unauthorized third-party courier service, including cases affected by odor contamination resulting from storage or transportation by external freight companies.

WARRANTY POLICY FOR KYMDAN BEDS:

• Latex Bed Core: 15-year warranty (under the same terms as mattresses)
• Bed Frames: 10-year warranty
• Kymdan Wooden Beds:
  • The entire frame, even damages caused by termites or poor-quality wood.
  • The painted wood surface and upholstery (if any) are not covered under warranty. 
• Kymdan Folding Bed:
  • Covered for broken mechanical joints on the frame or poor quality material.
  • The painted surface is not covered for warranty
• Bedside Tables: 10-year warranty
  • The glass panel (if any) is not covered under warranty

WARRANTY POLICY FOR KYMDAN LOUNGE SUITES:

• Latex Sofa Core: 15-year warranty (under the same terms as mattresses)
• Wooden Sofa Frame: 10-year warranty.
  • The entire frame, even damages caused by termites or poor-quality wood.
  • Upholstery material is not covered under warranty.
• Coffee Tables, Armchairs and Ottomans: 10-year warranty
  • The entire frame, even damages caused by termites or poor-quality wood.
  • The painted wood surface and upholstery (if any) are not covered under warranty.
  • The glass panel (if any) is not covered under warranty.
• Seat pads are not covered under warranty

WARRANTY POLICY FOR HOME TEXTILE PRODUCTS (ALL TEXTILE PRODUCTS):

Textile products are not covered under warranty, including mattress covers, bed sheets, duvets/quilts, mattress protectors and 100% Cotton Kymdan Bath Towels.
