I would like to become a sales agency of Kymdan. What requirements apply to me?
For Vietnam's market, Kymdan applies some specific conditions for those who want to become a sales agency of Kymdan, as follows:
- The intended agency must have large premises. The minimum width and length of the premises depend on the specific location in that area.
- The surrounding area of the site must be crowded and busy, or have the potential demand for the products.
- Applicants who own the premises will have a advantage. If the premises are rented, the contract period must be long and stable.
- Distances between intended agency location and other adjacent existing agencies of Kymdan must be appropriate in order to ensure interests of all agencies in exploiting the market. The specific distance depends on roads, residential areas as well as market conditions (Kymdan will measure all these figures based on the sale growth in the area).
- The sincerity of the person applying and the compliance with terms of the signed contract.
- Applicants for agency are not necessarily doing business in furniture or mattresses (Kymdan will organize sales skill training for sales staff of agencies). However, previous business experience in this product line will be an advantage.
For foreign markets, currently Kymdan has not had any plan to accept agencies.

Once becoming an agency of Kymdan, you will receive the following benefits:
- Kymdan itself is a reputable brand; we never sell poor quality products to the market. We have earned high confidence from consumers. Therefore, a Kymdan agency also receive the trust from consumers. It is the intangible value that Kymdan brand brings to agencies.
- Commission policy is satisfactory and reasonable.
- After the sales, Kymdan shall discharge warranty responsibilities directly to the customers. Accordingly, the agency system only focuses on consulting and selling as many products as possible, raising revenue, and directly getting benefits from commission policy.
- The company supports and creates favorable conditions for agencies to exploit regional markets through the provision of agency information to consumers via official information channel of the company in order to build up customers' confidence in the area.
- Organizing training courses, sales skills and product consulting for sales staff of agencies to improve agency's service quality, gain customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
- Kymdan agencies are still allowed to sell other types of foam mattresses, spring mattresses to suit small budget customers, who cannot afford to buy a Kymdan mattress at the moment (Kymdan does not produce such kinds of mattresses). With this policy, low income people can still go shopping in Kymdan agencies. Thus, Kymdan agencies located in poor area with high potential can still sell goods and earn revenue.
Beside ensuring benefits for agency system, Kymdan also requires agencies to strictly comply with Kymdan standards for its own agency system (specified in terms and conditions in the Agency Contract) to standardize customer service quality, maintain, and enhance brand reputation of Kymdan.
In fact, it has been found that competitors often plant espionages in the Kymdan agency system. These espionages applied to become Kymdan agencies in order to investigate our distribution policies and carry out many disruptive activities to lower the prestige of the Kymdan brand name.
Therefore, during an agency’s operation, if Kymdan discovers that an espionage was planted by a competitor aiming to disrupt our business, either by denigrating our business or by spreading rumors to cause misunderstanding to customers about Kymdan, or using a Kymdan sign to sell our competitors’ products or false Kymdan mattresses, etc,thus damaging Kymdan brand name’s prestige through unlawful and unethical business competition, Kymdan will uncompromisingly terminate the agency contract and withdraw the signboard, regardless of high revenue contributed by such an agency.
