I have been using a Kymdan mattress for a long time. How can I wash it? Who should I contact for mattress washing service?

A dirty mattress can be cleaned by taking off the mattress cover and removing dirt with a clean towel that is damp but not saturated. Leave the mattress for some hours, depending on weather and climate, so that wetness evaporates naturally or direct a fan toward the wet surface for about half an hour until it is completely dry. It is strictly prohibited to dry a wet mattress using direct sun exposure.

Hotels should use Mattress Hygiene and Safety sheets (a new product of Kymdan) not only to prevent body excretions such as sweat from soaking directly into mattresses, but also to keep mattresses clean at all times and free from unpleasant odors, to limit bacteria proliferation in mattresses and to facilitate cleaning.

Kymdan recommends that the customer should not wash a mattress and, in particular, that the customer should not follow other companies advertisements in order to avoid risk of mattress damage through use of inappropriate detergent chemicals or improper mattress drying.
