Please tell me how to deal with a Kymdan mattress affected by child bed-wetting. If the mattress is frequently wet due to this condition, will it be damaged? Will such a mattress remain under the company’s warranty policy?
Of course, mattress exposure to unusual effects such as child bed-wetting, particularly frequent bed wetting, negatively affects the mattress service life. Once a mattress is wet due to child bed-wetting, the mattress can be handled (see How to Handle Wet Mattresses).
Normally, Kymdan’s warranty policy continues to apply in cases of mattress damage (rot) caused by urine absorption if that mattress is not dried under sunlight.
